Hello and welcome to shipping and delivery page! Here you can read some details about a nifty little lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to your new treasures arriving at your doorstep. At first you choose the product you like. Then you put into your shopping cart and pass the checkout process in a few clicks. Our store offers several payment and delivery methods, so you have an opportunity to choose which one is the most convenient for you.

 

International delivery

International delivery is regulated by EXW, Incoterms 2010. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the store shall not be deemed to be in delay in delivery of the goods unless actual delivery of goods occurs later than four weeks from the quoted approximate delivery date and having received the Buyer’s written notification. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination.

 

General

You agree by purchasing a product or enter SiriusHerbal.com that you are over 18 years old. When you buy any of our products, you agree not to supply these products to anyone under 18 years old. None of our herbal products are offered for consumption or for use as medicine. By placing an order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that these products are legal in their own country. Order submitted Monday to Thursday will be shipped within 48 hours. Order submitted Friday to Sunday will be shipped Monday.

 

Delivery with Track and Trace

You will receive an email with track and trace information as soon the order is confirmed and packed.


Delivery within the EU is 2 - 3 working days.

Delivery outside the EU is 3 - 8 working days.

 

Complaints / return

We receive goods in 14 days after the sale, the goods must be unopened. The customer must pay postage for sending back the goods.
We return the full amount within 4 working days when the product is approved back in stock. Opened items will not be returned, sent back opened items will be destroyed.
 We do not refund products of plant material, this is due to the purity of the product and we can't control if there has been any interfering with the product. 

Please note that SiriusHerbal.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost in customs from outside Spain. Since the products we sell are natural, and largely plant-based, we can never be certain of rules in the recipient’s country. All complaints should be emailed to Support@SiriusHerbal.com
